Rental Information

• Card Details & Traffic Fines

  Customers must provide valid card details at vehicle collection to cover potential traffic fines incurred during the rental period, including speeding, parking, and toll violations.

  Speed limits:

  • Urban areas: 50 km/h
  • Tunnels: 80 km/h
  • Highways: 130 km/h

  A tolerance of 3 km/h applies. An administrative processing fee of €15 will be charged for each fine received.

• Police Fine Tickets

  • The police will notify our company.
  • We will send the fine PDF to the customer via WhatsApp.
  • The fine amount will be deducted from the customer's card.
  • We will settle the fine with the police and send an invoice to the customer.
• Insurance Options

  Basic Insurance (Included)

  Included in the rental price. Driver liability is limited to €600. Refundable security deposit: €300.

  Full Insurance Coverage

  Covers accidents, theft, windshield, and tire damage. Driver liability: €0. Available from €15–35/day depending on the rental period. Refundable security deposit: €100.

  No Deposit Option

  Available from €15/day. Refundable security deposit: €0. Driver liability remains €600 under Basic Insurance.

  Important Information

  In the event of an accident, theft, or vehicle damage, the police must be contacted and an official report obtained. Without a police report, insurance coverage and liability limitations may not apply.

• Fuel Type

  • The recommended fuel type is NATURAL - 95.
    Customers unsure about the correct fuel type can verify by sending a photo to our representative via WhatsApp (+420 774 493 232).
  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental period.
  • Caution: A fine of 2000 euros will be applied if the vehicle is refueled with diesel.
• Vehicle Return Options

  Option 1: Return at Our Office (Panská 4, Prague 1)

  Park the vehicle in a blue or white parking zone near our office. Take photos of the vehicle, fuel level, documents, and charging cables, then send them via WhatsApp to +420 774 493 232.

  Leave the key at the "INFORMACE" desk inside the shopping center (available 24/7).

  Your refundable deposit will be returned by 8:00 AM the following day.

  Option 2: Hotel, Address, or Airport Return

  Contact us via WhatsApp (+420 774 493 232) approximately 2 hours before return. Our driver will meet you at the agreed location and time.
