GENERAL VEHICLE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Rental Agreement concluded between Alexandr Kulichkov,
conducting business under the trade name Express Rent, ICO: 07870973 (the "Lessor"), and the person identified in the
Rental Agreement (the "Renter").
1. The Lessor delivers the Vehicle in roadworthy condition with all required documents. Existing damage is recorded in
the Vehicle Check-Out Report.
2. The Vehicle may only be driven by persons listed in the Rental Agreement. Subleasing or allowing unauthorized
persons to use the Vehicle is prohibited.
3. The Vehicle may only be used within the European Union unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized travel
outside the EU is subject to a contractual penalty of CZK 50,000.
4. Smoking, vaping, or the use of electronic cigarettes inside the Vehicle is prohibited. Violation is subject to a cleaning
fee of CZK 7,500.
5. The Renter shall comply with all traffic regulations and is responsible for all fines, tolls, parking charges, penalties, and
related administrative costs incurred during the rental period.
6. The Renter shall protect the Vehicle against theft, loss, misuse, or damage and shall keep the Vehicle properly secured
when unattended.
7. The Vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and place in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear
and tear, together with all keys, documents, and accessories.
8. Charges may apply: Interior cleaning CZK 2,500; Damaged windshield CZK 7,500; Wheels/rims/tires CZK 10,000;
Paintwork damage CZK 15,000; Misfuelling CZK 50,000; Transmission damage CZK 50,000; Theft caused by negligence
up to CZK 100,000.
9. If Full Insurance Coverage is purchased, the Renter shall not be liable for damage to wheels, rims, tires, minor
paintwork damage, or theft of the Vehicle, except in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, alcohol or drug
influence, or unauthorized use.
10. The Renter remains responsible for the Vehicle from handover until its physical return and acceptance by the Lessor.
11. Any security deposit serves as security for all obligations under the Rental Agreement. The Lessor may deduct unpaid
charges, damages, penalties, or fees from the deposit.
12. By signing the Rental Agreement, the Renter authorizes the Lessor to charge the payment card used for the rental for
unpaid rental fees, damages, penalties, fines, or other amounts due.
13. Basic insurance is included in the rental price. In the event of an accident, the Renter is liable for an insurance excess
(deductible) of € 600.
14. Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately to the Police and the Lessor. Insurance coverage
applies only if the required police documentation is obtained.
15. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Czech law.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of Czech courts. By signing the Rental Agreement, the Renter confirms that he/she has read, understood,
and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

    Yes, there are age restrictions for renting a car.
    Drivers must be at least 28 years old and have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
    These requirements are in place due to the higher risk of accidents associated with less experienced drivers.
    Ensuring that our renters meet these criteria helps us maintain a safe and reliable service for all customers.

  • What Are the Insurance Conditions?

    Insurance Options

    Basic Insurance (Included in Rental Price)

    Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. In the event of damage caused by the driver, the maximum liability is limited to €600. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required.

    Full Insurance Coverage

    Enjoy complete peace of mind with our Full Insurance option. Coverage includes accidents, collision damage, theft protection, windshield damage, and tire damage. The driver's liability is reduced to €0.

    The price ranges from €15 to €35 per day, depending on the rental period. A refundable security deposit of only €100 is required.

    No Deposit Option

    Selected vehicles are available without a security deposit. For an additional €15 per day, the refundable deposit is reduced to €0, while the driver's liability remains €600 under the Basic Insurance terms.

    Important Information

    In the event of an accident, theft, vandalism, or vehicle damage caused by a third party, the renter must immediately contact the police and obtain an official report. Failure to provide a police report may affect insurance coverage and liability limitations.

    During the booking process, we will offer you payment options for toll roads in the Czech Republic.

    Our rental cost includes:
    - A clean and fully prepared vehicle, ready for your journey.
    - The vehicle is at your disposal until 9:00 AM the following day.
    - 24/7 operator and European Union roadside assistance.

  • What Is the Cancellation Policy?

    To cancel your booking, simply contact us and inform us of your decision.
