    Yes, there are age restrictions for renting a car.
    Drivers must be at least 28 years old and have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
    These requirements are in place due to the higher risk of accidents associated with less experienced drivers.

  • What Are the Insurance Conditions?

    Insurance Options

    Basic Insurance (Included in Rental Price)

    Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. In the event of damage caused by the driver, the maximum liability is limited to €600. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required.

    Full Insurance Coverage

    Enjoy complete peace of mind with our Full Insurance option. Coverage includes accidents, collision damage, theft protection, windshield damage, and tire damage. The driver's liability is reduced to €0.

    The price ranges from €15 to €35 per day, depending on the rental period. A refundable security deposit of only €100 is required.

    No Deposit Option

    Selected vehicles are available without a security deposit. For an additional €15 per day, the refundable deposit is reduced to €0, while the driver's liability remains €600 under the Basic Insurance terms.

    Important Information

    In the event of an accident, theft, vandalism, or vehicle damage caused by a third party, the renter must immediately contact the police and obtain an official report. Failure to provide a police report may affect insurance coverage and liability limitations.

  • Toll Roads

    During the booking process, we will offer you payment options for toll roads in the Czech Republic.
    For rules regarding toll payment in other European Union countries, you can find recommendations in the top panel of our website.

  • Can I Rent a Car for an Extended Period?

    Yes, you can rent a car for an extended period. We offer long-term rental options to suit your needs.

  • What to Do in Case of a Car Breakdown?

    If your rental car breaks down, contact our customer service team immediately.

    - The vehicle is at your disposal until 9:00 AM the following day.
    - 24/7 operator and European Union roadside assistance.
